Greet, host, and serve Admissions guests.

Answer phones and redirect callers to appropriate personnel.

Answer emails and redirect emails to appropriate personnel.

Assist the Director and Office in all related duties as needed.

Plan and secure all travel arrangements for recruiting purposes.

Prepare pre-travel documentation and information for recruiters.
-
Look for ways to lower travel costs.
-
Coordinate purchases for the Admissions Office.
-
Prepare and track expense documentation for the Admissions Office.
-
Coordinate plans and logistics for Preview Days.
-
Coordinate plans and logistics for other campus events that have opportunities for Admissions representation.
-
Maintain an accurate record of Admissions inventory and recruiting supplies.
-
Ensure that recruiters have all necessary materials for recruiting trips.

Develop a strategy for creating and utilizing Admissions social media accounts.
-
Implement the social media strategy and oversee the daily content.
-
Find and engage prospective students via social media channels.
- Christian with high integrity, actively pursuing a relationship with God.
- Preferred education: Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in theology, business, or higher education.
- Experience in an office setting.
- Intermediate to expert skill with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Positive attitude with a desire and willingness to learn.
- Able to multi-task, analyze workload, and prioritize as necessary for the benefit of the department.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass background screening, including driving record.
