Writing Workshop: Formatting Your Paper in Midwestern Style

Writing workshops are free and are open to Midwestern and Spurgeon students of all levels and programs – graduate and undergraduate. All are welcome!

In this workshop, we’ll look at the basics of Midwestern Style when it comes to formatting papers – creating a title page, formatting the text of your paper and your bibliography correctly, and inserting and formatting footnotes. In addition to practical tips, we’ll talk briefly about why formatting matters. If you have a copy of the Midwestern Style Manual, we encourage you to bring it with you!
