Christy Allen serves as Assistant Professor of Ministry to Women, and Faculty Co-Coordinator, Ministry to Women Programs. Professor Allen holds a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary with a concentration in Bible Exposition and Christian Education, a Master’s in Christian Education from Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Music Education from Jacksonville University. She is currently working on a PhD in Applied Theology at MBTS.

Professor Allen has been connecting deeply with women, teaching, developing resources, and putting on conferences for women for over 25 years. She served as a missionary in South Asia for 14 years, working with women who had been trafficked, abused, and oppressed. She currently serves as the Director of Women’s Ministry at Fellowship of Grace in Parkville, Missouri. She loves doing ministry with her husband and mothering her two children, Claire and Joe.
