Are you still offering in person classes?
All fall semester classes are being offered on campus, online or through a hybrid modality we call Residential Plus. Classrooms have been redesigned to allow for appropriate social distancing. Per CDC guidance, masks are worn in all MBTS buildings to help slow the spread of the disease.
Are upcoming events on campus still taking place?
We are still offering events on campus in a responsible, socially distanced manner. We welcome you to take part in events held on campus this semester.
Can individuals remain on campus at this time?
Absolutely. Students are still living in campus housing – both in the dorms and apartments on campus.
Will the cafeteria and the Student Center be open?
The cafeteria offers regular meal-service. This includes warm meals, as served now, but they will be provided in to-go containers.
The common areas of the Mathena Student Center will remain open, but some portions of the facility will remain restricted due to current CDC guidelines.
Will the library be open?
The remodeled library is open for business and happy to serve you. Please come check out our new study spaces!
Will Graduation ceremonies still take place?
Graduation will occur as scheduled. Due to the unique restrictions currently in place, graduates will only be allowed to attend with two guests per graduate. While the service will look slightly different, we are looking forward to honoring our graduates for the hard work they have done!
