How to Get Your First Class Free Through Deep Discipleship


Complete the Curriculum

The first step to getting your first class free is to complete the entirety of the Deep Discipleship program. Once the curriculum is complete, you can move to step two in earning your first class for free. To learn more about Deep Discipleship, visit Lifeway.com/deepdiscipleship.

Apply to Midwestern Seminary

Your second step to getting your first class free is to apply to Midwestern Seminary. You can apply for free using code DEEPDISCIPLESHIP at mbts.edu/apply.

Complete the Scholarship Form

Once admitted to Midwestern Seminary, you can complete the Deep Discipleship scholarship form. This form will help confirm you’ve completed the Deep Discipleship curriculum and apply the tuition discount to your student account.

Enroll in your first class tuition free!

After you received your Deep Discipleship scholarship, you can enroll in your first class of your choice at Midwestern Seminary! We hope and pray it will serve you in your ministry for the Church.

Do I need to complete the Deep Discipleship curriculum before I receive my free class?

You will need to complete 22 out of the 24 sessions of Deep Discipleship prior to enrolling in your free class at Midwestern Seminary. Within your scholarship application form, your Deep Discipleship instructor will be required to certify your completion of the program prior to receiving the scholarship.

Can I receive the Deep Discipleship scholarship if I’m already a student at Midwestern Seminary?

No, the Deep Discipleship curriculum applies to first time students only.

Can I apply the Deep Discipleship scholarship to an online class?

The Deep Discipleship scholarship can be used for any online or residential class.

Can the Deep Discipleship scholarship apply to doctoral studies?

No, the scholarship only applies to master’s or undergraduate studies.

How much does the scholarship cover?

The scholarship will cover 100% of your tuition rate for one class of your choice. It does not cover any fees or costs related to books and materials for your course of choice.

What if I just started Deep Discipleship, but want to start seminary now?

Apply to MBTS with code DEEPDISCIPLESHIP and start taking classes. Once you finish the Deep Discipleship curriculum and fill out the scholarship form, we will apply the scholarship to your account. If you have additional questions, please contact [email protected]
