In a coffee cupping, individuals simply taste a coffee as a way to test and evaluate it. Coffee has subtle notes and hints of flavors that aren’t always immediately recognizable (even to the well trained palate). In this inaugural coffee cupping, we’ll be tasting 6 different single origin coffees, roasted by Messenger Coffee, to evaluate their aroma, fragrance, acidity, sweetness, body, cleanliness, balance, and more.
