We offer safe and comfortable three-bedroom apartments in three of our residential buildings for students and their spouses with 3–5 children, making it easier than ever to relocate to Kansas City.

Families with 6+ Children

Two of our residential buildings feature four-bedroom apartments for large families, so your family can live on campus and be a part of the Midwestern community.

Appliances
All apartments include electric range/ovens and refrigerators.
Laundry
Most apartments provide app-operated laundry facilities in the basement of the building. Others offer electric hook-ups, and some include electric washer and dryer.
Wifi & Internet
Public Wi-Fi is installed throughout the residential area.
Accessibility
Midwestern’s main campus is ADA-accessible. A minimal amount of ADA-compliant campus accommodations are available.
Parking
Parking is provided for residents.
Playground
A playground area is available for resident children.
Storage
Each apartment has an assigned storage area; either a closet on the deck/patio, or an assigned space (approximately 6’x7’) in the basement of one of our apartment buildings.
Pet Policy
MBTS/SC does NOT allow pets unless it is a documented service/emotional support animal and has been approved by submission of an Exception Request.
A $500 family housing deposit is required with submission of the Housing Application.
Lease Agreement term lengths include academic year (required for incoming residents) and May graduation or December graduation.
Housing charges are applied to your student account at the beginning of each semester.
Housing payments are due on the first of each month, and late fees are assessed on the tenth. Housing payments are received in the form of cash, check, or credit/debit card, and may be submitted by:
- Semester – submitted prior to the first day of semester
- Monthly – due on the first and late by the tenth
- Yearly – at the beginning of your contract term, the academic or the calendar year
The monthly flat rate housing fee is all-inclusive (electricity, gas, trash, water, Wi-Fi).
