Faculty Q&A
This vision impacts significantly my approach to the formation of pastors, emerging leaders, and future ministers, with the aim of equipping them to serve the church with theological depth, spiritual maturity, and missional effectiveness.
I love to work in an environment where I can interact with students and colleagues. I love to see our students grow academically and how our seminary prepares them to serve the local church. I love the fact that I get to dive deep into theology as part of my work.
What encourages me most is the prospect that the next generation will not only be more theologically equipped, but, more importantly, will embody a deep pastoral heart and a genuine commitment for the Church.
