Trinity Church of Loudoun was planted in 2018 in Loudoun County, 35 miles NW of Washington, DC. Our church is Reformed & Baptistic in doctrine & practice, being heavily influenced by the ministry of 9Marks in terms of ecclesiology. We are committed to expositional preaching & meaningful church membership. We are presently a church of ~220 members, with 300+ in attendance. We are very early in the hiring process, and the exact nature of the job is somewhat flexible, & will be determined based upon 1) the gifts/experience of the candidate & 2) the oversight of the elders in accord with the needs of the congregation. The job will certainly be a mixture of generalist pastoral responsibilities + specific areas of oversight (e.g., Groups, Discipleship ministries, etc.). If you are interested in either an Associate Pastoral role (longer term, more experience) OR a Pastoral Assistant role (shorter term, less experience), you are welcome to apply.
