Trinity Baptist Church is looking for a part time Gen Z Youth Minister for 7th-12th grades. We are looking for a male candidate who may be married or single. This position will be paying $24,000 a year. We are a church of 80-90 on Sunday mornings, we are located on the southside of Indianapolis. Our current youth group is small, but has great potential. The immediate area around the church, has a population of around 45,000 people, with the greater Indianapolis area having around 1,000,000 people. We are looking for someone who loves God, loves youth, and wants to see them grow in their walk with God. Our job description has five requirements, and they are:
- One weekly youth group time outside of Sunday School.
- To teach or co-teach youth Sunday School with the current teacher.
- To have a minimum of one youth activity a quarter (more if possible)
- To make sure that the youth are given the opportunity to attend summer camp(s). We do understand that you may not always be able to attend these camps because of bi-vocational work, so it would be your responsibility to make sure others are able to go in your place with the youth.
- To oversee the planning, administering and supervising of expenses related to the church budget for youth.
