Position: Campus Fellowship Resident
Ministry: Rhode Island College, Brown University, Johnson & Wales University
Supervisor: Campus Director
Status: Part-time employee, 20 hours/week

General Summary
General Expectations
- Involved in a Campus Group and specific campus ministry.
- Under the direction of a Campus Director.
- Required to attend All CF Staff Meetings.
- Required to attend monthly CF Network Cohort meeting (Zoom).
- Arrive and be ready 15 minutes before any All-CF event or any large church gathering where students are present (church, Midweek, etc..).
Responsibilities
- Assist in shepherding of students in Campus Fellowship
- Leading in outreach to students on campus.
- Attend & participate in Sacred City’s weekly worship services.
- Participate in a Campus Fellowship Bible Study.
- Be on campus at least 12 hours per week while school is in session
- Attend and assist with the coordination of CF events, conferences, and retreats.

- Spring Break Mission Trip
- Seek to train students to lead others.
- Seek to engage in 5 to 8 discipleship (Bible open)/evangelism meetings with students in your campus ministry weekly while school is in session and during summer
Meetings
- Attend weekly CF Staff Meeting
- Adhere to general meeting protocol:
- Complete assigned readings.
- Contribute ideas and updates.
- Contributing to decision-making and planning
- Attend weekly campus-specific Staff Meeting.
- Attend monthly CF Network Cohort.
Accountability
- Regular meetings with supervisor for accountability and encouragement.
- Take personal responsibility for spiritual growth.
- Engage in regular spiritual disciplines.
- Exercise honesty and integrity in your personal life.
- Maintain healthy relationships with peers.
