Northern Hills Baptist Church, located between Kearney and Holt, MO, is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor, experience and seminary education preferred. We are in prayer for a Biblical Shepherd/Leader as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. As well, candidates must affirm the BFM 2000.
This role would be responsible for leading our church, preaching on Sunday mornings, overseeing our staff, and providing guidance and support for our ministry leaders, whether paid or volunteer.
Our church holds one service on Sundays, serving a medium-sized congregation of 180-200, with a Sunday School hour.
We are blessed to have Northern Hills Christian Academy on campus with an enrollment of 90 students, and this role will provide oversight to the school through hands-on involvement and support.
