Overview:
Lake Community Church, an Evangelical Free Church, is seeking a gifted Senior Pastor who will be the primary leader, preacher, teacher, and shepherd of the congregation. We are a congregation of about 225 in weekly attendance, located in a charming community nestled in the heart of Minnesota’s picturesque lake country. We are praying for someone God has called to lead, equip, and walk with us into the next chapter of fruitful ministry.
The successful candidate will possess the spiritual, motivational and operational leadership gifts and experience to lead, mentor, and equip staff and congregation to accomplish the church’s mission.
Position Purpose:
The Senior Pastor leads Lake Community Church in fulfilling its mission to “reach people for Christ and build people in Christ.” He fosters a culture of discipleship, encouraging the congregation to grow and multiply. In partnership with the Elders, he seeks God’s direction to fulfill LCC’s role in reaching the lost and making disciples locally and globally. As the primary preacher and teacher, he promotes living out the Great Commission and Great Commandment. He oversees all staff and ensures the vision, mission, objectives, and values of the church are effectively implemented across ministries as well as administrative and financial operations.

Lead and inspire discipleship. Drive evangelistic outreach. Provide spiritual leadership. Operational and financial oversight. Preach and teach. Set and achieve goals.
Compensation:
LCC is a generous, supportive church family, and we are offering $80-$95k plus benefits.
