Highland Crest Baptist Church (SBC) is located a few blocks from Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our heart is to see people receive the good news and to be discipled. We are praying for God to lead us to a man that will serve as an associate pastor for 2-3 years. During this time, he would build a core group from within the Highland Crest family, make connections within the Green Bay community, and then plant a church.
This man would sense God’s leading to plant a church. He would exhibit the New Testament qualifications of a Pastor. Ideally, he would have at least 3+ years of full-time ministry experience. As an associate pastor, he would be given shepherding responsibilities, preaching opportunities, and would oversee various ministries.
