Parents Day Out Director

Haven Baptist Church in the Piper community of KCK is looking to begin a Parents Day Out Program. The PDO Director at Haven Baptist church (HBC) is responsible for overseeing the Parent’s Day Out (PDO) facility and program, ensuring a safe and fun environment for children to learn and grow. The PDO Director fosters a nurturing atmosphere within the PDO staff and reports to the Senior Pastor (or designated supervisor). This role includes hiring qualified childcare staff, managing budgets, and maintaining proactive communication with parents/guardians. The PDO director is a part-time position (8 hours per week). It will require on-site presence from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on the day we operate. There are 3 additional hours for administrative duties. Interested applicants should contact Pastor Don Andrews
