First Baptist Church Rio Rancho is seeking a full time youth Pastor for our multi generational, multi cultural church located in central New Mexico. He should strive to fulfill the Scriptural pattern found in 1 Timothy 3 and 4 and Titus q and 2, and must be able to recognize and engage with the ever changing youth culture. Other qualifications include a passion for disciple making, a Christlike love for middle and high schoolers, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively with both youth and adults.
