Youth Minister

Website First Baptist Church

First Baptist Church is a growing congregation. We are looking for a Youth Minister to join our family. We have a long history in the city of Fredericksburg, founded in 1921. We are an ever changing congregation and the perfect place to develop your ministry.

Today, FBC is bustling with families and individuals who have a deep passion, not only for discipleship, but also possess a concentrated effort to reach others with the love of Christ. Whether through corporate worship or one of the many community outreach ministry opportunities, there is certainly a place for everyone.

Specifically, the student ministry at FBC is composed of sixth through twelfth grade students. The goal of the ministry is to make lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through sound Bible teaching, providing opportunities to serve, and engaging in Christian fellowship. Our student ministry averages around 25 students each week for Bible study and worship.

We are searching for someone who, first and foremost, have a heart for middle and high school ministry. The ideal candidate maintains a personal program of spiritual growth and development and shares those with the congregation. They will lead by example to develop the youth of the church during their most formative years. The Youth Minister is responsible for evangelism, discipleship, ministry, missions, fellowship, and worship opportunities for the students.

If you have a clear calling for youth ministry and feel led to be a candidate, please consider submitting your resume for Youth Minister at FBC Fredericksburg. Please visit our website for more information,
