We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the leadership of Found and Woven, a dedicated organization committed to fostering physical, emotional, and spiritual healing of individuals suffering from the trauma of an abortion experience. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and collaborate with ministry staff to ensure smooth operations, event coordination, and communication with stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, speaking engagements, and healing sessions while prioritizing commitments and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, drafting correspondence, emails, and newsletters on behalf of leadership with a warm and professional tone.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing ministry events such as retreats, workshops, prayer gatherings, or community outreach programs, including logistics, vendor communication, and participant follow-up.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain confidential records related to ministry operations, donor relations, and client testimonials (where applicable).
- Project Assistance: Support special projects, such as fundraising campaigns, grant applications, or the development of healing resources (e.g., books, online content, or support group materials).
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with ministry staff, volunteers, and board members to ensure alignment with the ministry’s goals and provide administrative backup as needed.
- Resource Management: Order supplies, manage budgets for office needs or events, and oversee the upkeep of ministry spaces to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion, including personal stories shared by those seeking healing, donor details, and strategic ministry plans.
