Bethel Church is seeking an Associate Pastor or Director of Student Ministries to oversee the care and discipleship of its students, starting with the middle school students, while also assisting in the leadership of the broader Student Ministry (Verge) at the Crown Point, Indiana Campus. This role involves discipleship for middle school students, their families, and their leaders. The goal of this position is to enter as an Associate Pastor (specifically, Crown Point Associate Student Ministry Pastor), with the intention of developing this individual to become the Lead Student Ministry Pastor, overseeing the entirety of our multi-site Student Ministry.
