- Complete annual FWS Supervisor Training
- Job Posting Requisition
- Submit Job Requisition Request via Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on Paycom Client Side
- HR will review and post on the Midwestern Job Board
- Interview potential candidates
- Making an Offer
- Submit offer letter via ATS
- HR will review, approve, and send the offer letter to the candidate
- Submit PAN to HR at time of offer
- Offer Acceptance – HR will perform the following tasks
- Move candidate from ATS to Employee Self Onboarding in Paycom
- Email welcome letter to new hire with necessary information
- Request work email address from IT
- Candidate completes onboarding – HR will:
- Complete the background screening
- Email new hire to schedule I9 documentation appointment to be completed within first three days of employment.
- Welcome New Hire
- Introduce new hire to other team members
- Provide information regarding facilities (coffee, water, restrooms, etc)
- Complete and submit the FWS Student/Supervisor Agreement to Financial Aid at [email protected], and to Human Resources at [email protected]. If you do not already have a copy of this document, please reach out to Financial Aid and they would be happy to provide it.
