Crossover Evangelism Class: Nashville
June 7 - June 11
Crossover Nashville provides an inside view of Baptist cooperation in action! The North American Mission Board is once again partnering with the State Convention, local associations, and local churches to prepare evangelism outings for students ahead of the Southern Baptist Convention annual meeting in Nashville. On the trip students will meet as an individual school and as a large group with other SBC seminaries. It is a week of amazing camaraderie and outreach–true SBC cooperation!
This class meets the standard Evangelism and Discipleship course requirement. As space is limited, reserve your space at mbts.edu/EVtrip. When you register for this course through the Registrar’s Office, please note two additional items:
- The Crossover trip course is listed as a Summer “On Campus” course under the “Trip” section.
- Students will need to fill out a Course Schedule Change Form in order to substitute this trip course for the regularly offered Evangelism and Discipleship class. Dr. Johnston can provide the link for this form.
Students must travel to and from Nashville, with additional class time and evangelism outreaches while in Nashville, June 7-11, 2021. Cost is travel + tuition. Room and board in Nashville are covered by NAMB.
For more information, contact Dr. Tom Johnston at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Participation in the Crossover 2019 Seminary Evangelism Class, put on in conjunction with NAMB and the SBPEF, which takes place annually the week before the SBC in the same city as the SBC. NAMB finds the venue and pays for room and board in location. Students will pay for transportation and tuition.
