Kody Gibson serves as Vice President of Communications and Brand Strategy at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Spurgeon College. Kody has served for over 10 years in theological education leading recruiting and communications efforts at both Southern Seminary and Phoenix Seminary prior to coming to Midwestern.
Kody earned a Master of Divinity degree from Southern Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry from Ouachita Baptist University, where he was part of the baseball team.
Kody is married to Juli and they have four children: Liv, Campbell, Joe Ryan, and Greer. In addition to serving at Midwestern, Kody loves to serve his local church, and enjoys sports and country-folk music.
