Download a Course Registration Form and fill it out.
- Download and print the Course Registration Form.
- Fill out the form, indicating the courses you've decided to take.
If you're just taking courses but not working toward a degree, please fill out both pages. If you've applied and have been admitted into a degree program, you only need to fill out the front of this form.
- Make sure you indicate the denomination of the church where you're a member. This affects how much you'll be charged for tuition.
The 3 categories are:
- SBC Church: This means that your church is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention. If in doubt, call your church office.
- Non-SBC Baptist Church: This means your church is not a member of the Southern Baptist Convention, but is still a Baptist church (independent Baptist, Free-Will Baptist, etc.), or is baptistic in doctrine. Most Bible churches, for example, are baptistic in doctrine. If in doubt, call your church office.
- Non-Baptist Church: This means your church is not Baptist in name or doctrine; for example, a Presbyterian or Methodist Church.
