Frequently, generous people donate books to the MBTS Library. We examine these donations to see if they can be included in our Library Collection. There are occasions when some of the donated books don’t meet the curriculum goals of the Seminary/College. At this point, our Library offers these books to the general public for sale.
Money raised from the sale of these books is used exclusively for the purchase of new titles that will be added to the Library Collection. Prices for the titles vary based upon the list value from other reputable used booksellers. Usually, MBTS prices may be lower than you would find in the used book market. Typically prices will vary from $2-$30 dollars. However, special editions and sets will be priced a bit higher.
