CAMPUS HOUSING RATES
Rates Effective 8/1/04
The following are monthly rates – all leases renew monthly:
Residence Hall -- $206
1 Bedroom - apartment (see plan) -- $325
2 Bedroom - apartment (see plan) -- $428
double occupancy -- $225 (approval Dean of Students)
apt. all electric -- $476 washer/dryer hook-up
apt. all elec., dishwasher -- $552 washer/dryer hook-up
3 Bedroom – apartment (see plan) -- $476
apt. all electric $540 washer/dryer hook-up
apt. all elec., dishwasher $622 washer/dryer hook-up
*Trash pick-up and water are included.
Deposit for Residence Hall is $100 - for all other units is $200 and is due at time of application.
No application/reservation for housing is accepted until acceptance into MBTS is approved.
